Hello! Welcome to HelloCharles, my latest endeavor into publishing a bunch of random stuff I've been working on. So, basically; HelloCharles is an outlet for me to put my content out there that doesn't really have a home. Without further ado, let's see what I've been up to the last few weeks...
One of the fields I've been trying to expand on in a big way has been web programming and design. Because of this I've spent a GREAT deal of time on a large variety of systems and websites for mock-up companies, and I will be doing a feature on each of these over the next few weeks. In the mean time, check out the Charle Dev Respository, which is where I've been storing all of my projects. These vary, I've got a framework of PHP and .NET classes under the Jupiter Framework name, something you'll be very familiar with soon.
In the mean time, I've been throwing up my hands fighting with an old Dell rack-mounted server, which I intend to turn into the third content delivery node on the Mooncrew CDN, which is simply the content delivery network I've got set up for all of my projects in the mean time. I'm proud to say the MCX-CDN has grown to 5 locations USA-wide, with one on each coast and three in the midwest (Chicago, Iowa, Dallas). While I'm utilizing little to none of my bandwith and processing power as it stands, I'm very excited knowing I have the capability and means to work with a large scale streaming or web project at any time.
Anticipation is key -- I want to be in the field of creative solutions and digital development for a long time, and I'm actively ramping up my efforts as a freelancer. My sights for residence are shifting, and hopefully I'll have some exciting news to announce in the next six months or so. In the mean time, please stay up to date with my graphic design, my music, my programming and my life via this blog; and thanks for reading!
